The picture Passejant, by Paco Adsuar Pons, has won the first photo contest My city, my elderly people, organized by the Department of the Mayor and focused on the students of the Classrooms of the Third Age enrolled in the course 2017-2018.
Paco Adsuar won the first prize, sponsored by Carrefour and endowed with a tablet with wifi printer valued at 150 euros, a prize given to him by Vicent Albiol, from the Human Resources department of Carrefour.
The second prize, sponsored by Radio Dénia Ser and consisting of a gift card valued at 100 euros to make purchases at Appliances Pineda, fell on the work Sunset walk, by Amparo Frau Mengual. He presented the award Pepa Ginestar, announcer of the station.
He received the third prize Concepción Olcina Moscardó for his photography How original those graffiti!. The mayor of Dénia, Vicent Grimalt, was the one in charge of giving him his diploma and the prize, consisting of the gift of the annual registration for two workshops of the Classrooms of the Third Age of the 2018 / 2019 course.
The jury decided to grant a special mention to María López Padilla for her photograph El mayores activos. The diploma was delivered by the Councilor of the Major, Elisabet Cardona.
The exhibition of the submitted works can be visited until the July 7 on the ground floor of the Social Center.
