After the meeting that the mayor held with representatives of the Affected Association beaches North, the Government Team has decided to present a motion to support their claims.
It highlights the request for revision of the definition of the sea shore and the concept of the beach and the cancellation of the retroactive application of the Coastal Law. The associates also request that the causality of the regression be reviewed, understanding that if the cause is human, action must be taken against it and against its causes, but not against the owners, whom they consider the "true victims".
All claims are contained in a document prepared by the National Platform of People Affected by the Coastal Act (PNALC), to which the northern beaches of Denia association belongs.
