Mediterranean Harmonies full of quality and good taste the dianense scene

25 September 2017 - 00: 30

The formation of musicians of the region Mediterranean Harmonies rose for the first time to the stage last Saturday, in the first concert that offered like so in its trajectory. And they did not leave anyone indifferent: a proposal of quality, studied to combine history and good work, which filled with applause and satisfaction the auditorium of the Social Center of Denia.

The concert was divided into two parts. In the first they interpreted the Symphony of the Cenerentola, by Rossini, and the Opus 67 Chrome. After a short break, the second part was Jupiter Symphony No.41 of Mozart, a piece adapted by the director of the formation, Javier Pinto, for this occasion.

Pinto had the good work of twelve fantastic musicians from the Marina Alta: Andrea Costa and Cristina Mahiques (flutes); Alba Sanz and Lourdes Gavilá (oboes); Aitor Zarragoitia and Pablo Marín (clarinets); Vicente Noguera and Francesca Silvestre (bassoons); Adriá Tomàs and Juan Rafael Soler (horns); Julio Fuster (double bass) and Carlos Mulet (percussion). And all of them under the direction of Javier Pinto

The music of Mediteranean Harmonies transported the public to those dinners that the Central European royalty celebrated in the palaces, and that music that, without knowing it, gave way to what today are the bands of music, so necessary in our territory to understand our way of life and our idiosyncrasy.
