The socialist candidate for mayor of Denia, Vicent Grimalt, has affirmed this Friday that the clarifying communique that mayoralty made public yesterday on the judgment of the TSJ and the reinstatement or not of the technician of the Office of Promoció del Valencià answers "to a typical attitude of Ana Kringe, who is unable to step back and rectify ".
Grimalt said the mayor "has rushed" communicating not readmit the official and added that "The most appropriate measure is the one communicated to us by the Councilor for Personnel, who will request clarification from the court regarding the two sentences".
The execution of the judgment of the Supreme Court
For his part, Councilor popular María Mut confirmed to Denia.com that the municipality intends to explain why non readmission to the Supreme Court, once the execution of the sentence requested.
