23 September 2014 - 13: 55

The groupings Socialists of Dénia and Formentera have joined their voices against the oil prospecting in the Mediterranean, while demanding that the PP more facts and more political pressure in Madrid.

Last Saturday, September 20, both groups had a meeting in Formentera in which they took the opportunity to demand that all the Valencian deputies and those of the Balearic Islands support the Non-Law Proposal presented by the Secretary General of the PSPV-PSOE, Ximo Puig, in which he calls for the cessation of prospecting and the modification of the hydrocarbons law.

These statements were made by the Secretary General of PSIB-PSOE Illa de Formentera and deputy to the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, Margalida Font Aguiló and Vicent Grimalt, General Secretary of the PSPV-PSOE of Denia. Margalilda Font criticized the PP of the Balearic Islands that the position of this party on the oil prospecting is "nozzle", because in the islands they say one thing and in Madrid they vote another.

Grimalt, for her part, urged the mayor of Denia to attend the debate on the initiative that Ximo Puig has presented in the Congress of Deputies to transfer to the Valencian deputies in Madrid the need to support this political initiative that reflects the Perfection the unanimous position against the surveys of all the municipal groups and the citizenship of Denia.
