The CuidArt Chamber of Hospital de Dénia welcomes from last Friday and until the 14 of March the exhibition "The innocence of the mountains", a sample of drawings by boys and girls from the Pou, Montgó, Paidos, Maristas and Vessanes and the students of the IES Historiador Chabàs about their vision of the Montgo.
But not only they have participated in this project: their drawings are joined by a group of Peruvian children who have captured their vision of the Andes.
This exhibition has been organized by the Local Agenda 21 Denia in collaboration with the Mountain Partnership United Nations and is part of the project We Love Mountains which aims to raise awareness about the importance of our natural environment.
The inauguration was attended by the General Coordinator of the Alliance of Mountains of the United Nations, Thomas Hofer; the Managing Director of the Dénia Department of Health, Dr. Ángel Giménez; Councilman Local Agenda21 City of Dénia, Vicente CheletAnd the Vice-President of the Diputación de Barcelona, Joaquim Ferrer.
