Last Saturday the fry of the Dénia Swimming Club played in the town of Sax the sixth day of the XXXVII Jocs Esportius Liga Promeses.
The four swimmers, accompanied by their coach Carla Ruiz, stood out in all the tests that they swam. All of them considerably reduced their personal brands, which shows the enthusiasm, the effort, the motivation and the desire to continue working.
In the free 200m test, Sasha Rodenko, like his teammates, lowered his personal mark in 9 seconds, by swimming the distance in 3'24: 62.
Hugo Alberola and Pau Agudo debuted in one of the most demanding tests in swimming, both for the physical and mental level, the 200m butterfly. Hugo stopped the clock in 3'37 "53 and Pau swam the test in 3'50" 15.
In the mixed 4x100 free relay the team headed by Hugo Alberola came in first position with a time of 4'29 "50. Hugo, who came first, managed to improve his personal mark of 1'06" 05 in 1'05 "91.
