TAFAD students (Technical Physical Activities and Sports) of Lope de Vega de Benidorm have made a visit to the Clinic REMA where they have completed a cardiological medical examinations. From early morning they have undergone tests and Doppler echocardiology stress test gases.
These tests are vital for all athletes, professional and amateur, as it prevents sudden death and health problems arising sports.
Dr. Fernando de la Guía, director of the Cardiology Institute Marina Alta (ICMA) and the Sports Cardiology Clinic- REMA (Denia), recalled the importance of medical controls in sport.
