Sunday 15 February, Dénia will join the celebration of Arbor Day in Valencia with a popular planting this year will take place in the new green area of C-1 area, near the school number 3 from the 11 in the morning.
Precisely this area has been the destination of school in recent weeks, as several schools in Denia are conducting a program of activities dedicated to highlight the importance of trees.
It is coordinated by the Department of Environment in collaboration with the Department of Parks and Gardens which includes various activities at the Center as well as the planting of trees in new roads surrounding the IES number 3 program.
The schools that participate in the proposal are Montgó, Cervantes, Paidos, Carmelitas, Vessanes and Marist.
