The Valencian Community implements the mandatory use of the mask in the face of the expansion of the coronavirus. This was reported by the Minister of Health, Ana Barceló, at a press conference.
The consellera has indicated that from this same Saturday, July 18, the use of the mask will be mandatory for all people over 6 years of age, both on public roads, in outdoor spaces and in closed spaces open to the public.
Likewise, Barceló has clarified that "It is recommended in private spaces, open or closed, when there is a confluence with non-cohabitants or when interpersonal distance cannot be guaranteed."
The head of Health at the Consell has stressed the use also in terraces and restaurants when it is not being consumed. This new measure is due to the increase in contagions and outbreaks located in various locations.
Exceptions
Note that it will be mandatory to wear the mask even if you can maintain the social distance (1,5 meters), with the exception of:
- Beach and pools
- Nature spaces
- Hospitality and restaurants while you are consuming
- People with respiratory problems and disabilities
- Physical activity
This is not logical, there are very few cases, but the economy is further destroyed by the masks. The price is worth it?
I suppose it will be for the general good, it hurts that this information reaches so few people and so few of us comply with this rule.
