The first action of the regional commitment of the appointment of Creative City of Gastronomy. Tasting Life Dénia awarded last December is already a reality. Denia, Jesus Pobre, Jalon and Pego have joined forces to recover one of our most traditional dishes, risotto, in the first gastronomic meeting What fem from the broth to the Marina Alta?.

This initiative will be held in Jesús Pobre next Saturday 30 in April and will revolve around the arròs amb fava pelada to demand the recovery of the cuisine of rice dishes with a spoon, and will through lectures, videos and tasting the original recipes.

At 12 in the morning the day will begin with a round table on rice, wine and local products that will take place at the Jesús Pobre Town Hall. The price of the ticket is 10 euros and can be purchased at the Mercat del Riurau and the headquarters of the EATIM neighborhood association, the Costa Blanca hotel and the AEHTMA offices in Dénia, and the Xaló Town Hall.
