This is how the mayor of Dénia assured him, Ana Kringe, Members of the Pro-Residencia Santa Lucia platform at a meeting on Monday morning at City Hall.
The mayor, accompanied by the councilors of Youth and Mayor, Isabel GallegoAnd Social Welfare, Pepa Sivera, has insisted that "The city council wants the center to remain municipal and the will of the Generalitat Valenciana is also that, so it will not be privatized, nor will it be closed or transferred to the Autonomous Administration".
As explained in the last plenary, the commitment is supported by the article 57 of law rationalization and sustainability of local government that opens the door to "the economic, technical and administrative cooperation between the local Administration and the Administrations of the State and of the Autonomous Communities, both in local services and in services of common interest".
As reported by the mayor, both the City Council and the Generalitat are working to continue lending itself the current management model ahead of the entry into force from 2016 of the amendments introduced by the law of rationalization.
At the meeting with members of the association, Kringe has promised to keep them informed of the developments that are happening around this issue.
