The fleet that will contest the 'Autonomous Cruise Championship' is now ready to set sail from the RCN Dénia

A fleet of 18 cruisers are already ready at the Real Club Nautico Denia to take part in the “Autonomous Cruise Championship - Juan Moreno Memorial 2017” organized by the dianense with the Sailing Federation of the Valencian Community, this weekend.

The Dianense Regatta, scoring for the "Juan Moreno Memorial"It will bring together the best fleet of cruise ships in Castellón, Valencia and Alicante in ORC 1, ORC 2, ORC 3 and ORC 4. The representatives who have 'scored' in the different provincial cups that have been disputed throughout the year will attend year and will have high level units.

Among the participants, very competitive boats such as "Sorcerer"By Alberto de Castro of RCN Valencia; "OptiMumm"By Larry Fluder of RCN Denia; "Pajuelin XIII"By Miguel Noriega of CN Benidorm; "Nàutic Café del Mar"Of CN Sant Antoni del Portmany; "Tanit 4"By Mª José Vila of RCR Alicante or"magical"By Dominique Luna of Marina Greenwich.

The organization will award the trophies of Autonomous champions and winners in the "Juan Moreno Memorial", In addition to 12 invitations granted by the Volvo Ocean Race.

The organizing committee plans to complete a total of four events in the two days of competition established, a single coastal route to the 12: 30 Saturday morning and three windward-leeward poles in the morning of Sunday starting at 12 hours. The trophy presentation will be held at 17 Sunday hours on the terrace of the restaurant Balandros of the Real Club Nautico Dénia.
