Next Friday 19 in April, at 20 hours, opens in the art gallery of Marina de Denia, the collective exhibition The sea. The project hosts 20 works with the sea as the protagonist, of various authors of the Marina Alta. Joan Castejón, Juan Caravaca, Tomás Sivera, Natalia Ribes, Oksana Bastis and Anton Gudzykevych are some of the painters who will take their art to this exhibition.
The paintings represent different styles and techniques and show different points of view of each of the artists, about a world as immense and exciting as the sea and its relationship between people. The exhibition can be visited until the 12 in May and will also be open during the days in which Marina de Dénia celebrates the XII Boat Show Denia.
A few months ago Marina de Dénia started the art room and the initiative is working very well. "We have a very important quarry of artists in this area and the sea is a subject that many of them resort to to capture their art. And here, in this space, the works are perfectly integrated", commented Gabriel Martínez, director of Marina de Dénia.
