The Mayor of Dénia, Ana Kringe, has ratified with his signature the proposal of sanction of 4 years and a half of suspension of employment and salary to the union delegate of the SEP in the municipality of Dénia, Andrea Pastor.
A sanction that will come into effect when the affected party is discharged from the temporary work disability in which he is now.
The mayor has not taken into account, none of the legal arguments presented on the clear illegality of the file, much less the demonstration on 23 day for freedom of expression.
Moreover, the final resolution was signed by the mayor the same day the demonstration took place. The notification of this resolution was communicated to Andrea Pastor a day later.
With the decision of Ana Kringe, the administrative procedure ends. The union delegate has stated " now begins the way through the courts and we are already preparing the corresponding demand to challenge the sanction addressed to the Social Court".
