Ana Kringe has announced the signing of an agreement between the Ministry of Development, the Department of Infrastructure and the City of Dénia through which the city will receive more than six million euros to continue with the work carried out by the Center's Comprehensive Rehabilitation Area Historical of Dénia (ARI).
This agreement for the development of the performance of the Area of Regeneration and Urban Renewal (ARRU) of the center of Dénia, has been managed directly from the Department of City Hall and will be in force in the annuities of 2015, 2016 and 2017, within the State Plan of Promotion of the Rent of Houses, the Rehabilitation Edificatoria and the Regeneration and Urban Renovation.
As explained by the current mayor and candidate for mayor of Dénia, more than four million euros will be invested in redevelopment of the urban center while almost two million will go to aid for the rehabilitation of housing.
The four million redevelopment will try to solve the problems of coexistence of vehicles and pedestrians, the density of the urban fabric, the aerial routes of electrical and telephone installations and greater accessibility.
For its part, it is estimated that almost two million homes for rehabilitation will benefit at least 320 homes with performances in thermal insulation, sanitation on facades, waterproofing on roofs, improvement of interior facilities, interior accessibility and common, structural elements , and renovation of elevators.
