Dénia made the official presentation of Jesús Moratal as coach for the 2013-14 season. The event was held at the office of the club.
Moratal explained to the media the goal that has been set for the season, "I can promise work, commitment, discipline, we are a team that will not give up anything but it would be foolish to comment that we will ascend."
The Dianense coach warns that there are good teams, "it will be a competitive league. It is a stronger group if we consider that this season there are Catarroja, Gandía and Dénia, teams that come from the Third Division. While only Cullera has managed to ascend, that is why, to the three mentioned we must add Beniganim, Alginet or himself Jávea".
The technician will start working with his players the first week of August. It will have to be Raúl Romera who is responsible for the physical preparation. The first day sessions will be to see the fitness of all players.
