Gent of Dénia, La Xara and Jesus Pobre y Tots per Dénia they have agreed their union for the participation in the upcoming municipal elections of the year 2015.
This was announced the president of Gent of Dénia, Juan Carlos Parets, at a press conference in which he was accompanied by his executive and Pepe Moll and Juan Carrió, president and vice president of Tots per Dénia.
Parets explained, both parties agree on their way to see the city policy, advocating transparency. With this union intended to prevent the loss of votes that have already happened in 2011 when attended by a total of 11 parties to the elections, and recover the presence of Gent of Dénia in the consistory, where he has been represented since its inception 28 years ago.
Juan Carrió explained that he was head of the list for Tots per Dénia, Pedro Pastor, he decided to leave politics after the elections of 2011 and will not be part of this new stage for both parties. However, both Carrió as vocal Moll enter the new executive who runs Parets.
At the moment there is no definitive choice of acronyms with which they participate in the elections, although acknowledged that Parets "Gent de Dénia is the first acronym".
