El Garbi Dénia has found the way to triumph, counts his two matches for victories in the league debut of 1ª Autonomic in the South group. In the match for the third day, the Dianense team won BM Benidorm for 28 to 17.
It was a match that was marked by the hectic pace set by the kids led by David Salanova. His rival was surprised by the defensive intensity and the quick counterattacking exits of the team from the Marina Alta. After five minutes, Salanova's men took their first sale (4-1).
The public that met in the municipal pavilion of Denia enjoyed much with the good start of his team. Those of the Marina Baixa made many mistakes in attack due to the good defensive work of the boys of Garbi Denia. In the minute 10 remained the advantage of three goals, (6-3).
In the meridian of the first half the visitors settled in the attacking game, they read better the deep defense of the dianenses, obtaining good launching positions. At that moment appeared the figure of youth goalkeeper, Gabi Garcia, who had some great interventions aborting the recovery attempt of BM Benidorm. In the minute 15 the Dianense advantage increased, (9-3).
The final stretch of the first half, was marked by some mistakes of precipitation of the premises, despite that they knew to maintain their control in the game and of the hand of Jose Sanchez in attack arrived at the break with a solid advantage (13-6) .
Magistral second part of the premises
After going through locker rooms few things changed on the court. The home crowd was not pleased with that one. The three-by-three defense resulted in turnovers and a counter-attack. In fact in the first ten minutes the marker remained clear for the Dianans (19-11).
The technician Garbi Denia demanded the maximum to his lads that because of his youth they had some other mistake especially at the time of exclusions. Two of his players suffered two minutes of punishment at the same time. The good work and the concentration of his companions allowed them to gain the numerical inferiority by 2 to 0. The advantage was maintained and in the twenties the marker pointed an 22 to 15.
The last ten minutes of game were of prize for the lads that compose this young equipment. Salanova rewarded all his boys with minutes. BM Benidorm continued playing to try to reduce the local advantage, without success. At the end of the regulation time was arrived with the deserved triumph of the team of Marina Alta by 28 to 17.
With this triumph the Garbi Denia is placed second in the classification of this group. In his next game will measure the Villa Blanca Altea.
