The Prosecutor's Office requests a four-year prison sentence for a crime of injuries for each of the two brothers whom it accuses of hitting a third man, also accused in this procedure, who lost three teeth. The events happened on July 5, 2019 in a bar in Dénia.
The brawl began when the two brothers got into an argument with another, and began to attack each other. The brothers were injured with bruises while the other participant in the fight suffered bruises and lost teeth. The public prosecution is provisionally requesting a two-year prison sentence for the third defendant for a crime of injuries.
The trial will take place next Wednesday, March 20 at 10:00 a.m. in Section 3 of the Provincial Court of Alicante.
