The Councilor for Youth, Valentí Alcalà, attended yesterday the presentation of diplomas to the participants of the 6th edition of the 'Dénia Actitud' program. This is a program designed to promote an entrepreneurial, positive and resilient attitude in adolescents, emphasizing mental health and emotional management.
After an initial phase of creativity workshops carried out in the educational centers of Dénia, from November 2023 until last February, regular training for program participants has been carried out, given at the Youth facilities. .
Yesterday, the more than 20 young people present shared their experiences during these months at the Young Entrepreneurs School (Eje), expressed how much they have learned and received their diplomas from the Youth Councilor.
About Dénia Attitude
The objective of Dénia Actitud is to help young people increase their self-esteem and self-confidence, allowing them to recognize and value their own potential. Throughout 14 stages, values, skills and competencies necessary to develop an entrepreneurial mindset are addressed.
Additionally, as part of the program, the students had the opportunity to visit the facilities of prominent companies in Dénia, such as Plastimyr and Garmol, where they exchanged ideas with their CEOs, Vega Torró and Sergio García. This experience aims to bring young people closer to business reality and encourage the creation of networks among them.
