Federico Guajardo, the Hotel Los Angeles wins the cooking contest of Las Pedroñeras

Cook Restaurant Hotel Los AngelesFederico Guajardo, has been the winner V Cooking Contest Ajo Morado de Las Pedroñeras (Cuenca), endowed with 1.500 euros and a trophy. This contest is part of the International Fair Garlic Pedroñeras.

The Argentine Federico Guajardo is currently working as head chef in the Hotel Los Angeles after working in recent years in restaurants Sevilla, Alicante and Dénia, among which highlights the restaurant Quique Dacosta in 2006.
