The renowned chef Hotel Los Angeles Federico Guajardo Contest champion I creative haute cuisine with nougat held during the fair Gastroalicante these days takes place at the IFA exhibition center (IFA) of Elche was declared yesterday.

Federico Guajardo won this first competition thanks to its plate Magnum of foie with nougat pancake and pumpkin in lime, which has earned him, in addition, 500 euros donated by FNAC.

The jury, made up chaired by Susi Díaz and composed by chefs Alberto Ferruz, Dani Frias, Maria Jose San Roman, Sole Ballester and food critic Sergio Gallego, highlighted the integration of nougat at home, as well as flavor and the final aesthetic result.
