Ángel Ruiz Almansa was born in Bolaños de Calatrava (Ciudad Real) the 30 of August of 1945. He is a self-taught artistic painter and student of Arts and Crafts in Madrid.

Forty-eight exhibitions along the Spanish geography, twelve of them in Madrid.

Museums: Museum of Miniature Art of Lanzarote, Museum of the Lace of Almagro, Museum of Antonio Marco in Polop de la Marina.

Awards and acknowledgments:
1º prize for the best Miniature Work of the City Council of Madrid in 1999, delivered by the Mayor D. José Mª Álvarez del Manzano
2º prize in National Painting Competition, Bolaños de Calatrava, 2007.
