The reactions after what happened in the last Plenary held in Denia, have not been expected. Opposition groups have requested a report to clarify which catalog of protected areas is currently in force.
Mari Martínez, of the group citizens Dénia, demanded transparency and more information on the issue of the discontinuation of protected properties and warned "We are not going to enter into disputes between the Party and Center Unified. We ask that there be an investigation commission to clarify the facts and whoever has to pay must pay".
The lack of information and transparency is one of the complaints of this group, "in important matters such as this one, we should have been given a report from the secretary, both technically and legally, and not to hide information from us".
This political formation announced its intention not to attend individually to the meeting that the Councilor for Urban Planning, Vicente Chelet, Has summoned them. Its position is to go to the information commission jointly, ie with all political groups, as it was approved in plenary.
Martinez, showed his disagreement with the statements made by Vicente Chelet, where he accused the opposition of wanting to annoy and paralyze the town hall, "More paralysis that the town hall has had in three years can not have".
In similar terms the group has pronounced itself Compromís per Dénia through its municipal spokesperson, Josep Crespo stated, "This situation has been created by the Popular Party and Center Unificat, we do not enter their wars and we will be delighted to bring the issue to the prosecution to clarify responsibilities. What has happened is very serious and does not seem to have been accidental".
This training makes clear that they will not allow more protected buildings to collapse as has happened with the property of the old Mediterranean Bar and accuses of lying and of misinformation, popular and centrist. According to Crespo, they are clear that the valid catalog is the one written in the 2004 and this motivated their vote for the subject to remain on the table.
