PSPV wonders study for the construction of a shopping center in the port

May 06 from 2014 - 16: 10

Since the end of 2012, the city of Dénia signed an agreement with the Council of Chambers of Commerce to carry out a study for the construction of a commercial space in the port of Denia, little has been known about the project.

Zone in which the Shopping Center of the port of Dénia would be located

For this study, with a cost of 47.795 euros, has asked the socialist councilor Cristina MoreraAs it asserts, "The Generalitat Valenciana should have done it, since it is the owner of the port and the manager of all the activities carried out at its facilities."

The councilor Cristina Morera has clarified that from the PSPV-PSOE they do not oppose the construction of a shopping center in the port, but they do allocate that amount of the municipal budget to the study.

According to Morera, "What is necessary and urgent for the immediate future of the city is to have a detailed ordination of the port and a general plan that determines what and where these types of activities have to be located".

From the PSPV denounce that there are movements of works in the port without knowing anything of the study paid by the City Council.

Ah, I forgot to comment ... We are like asking a lot of opinion.
Another example: when Miguel Ferrer was mayor (he is in the newspaper library of the media), he wanted to make a shopping center at the exit of Dénia. It was Eroski who was interested. Do you know what happened? Well, he asked for an opinion, those of always in Dénia (left-wing parties, certain businessmen, etc ...) turned against it.
Paqui Viciano entered as mayor and the first thing he did, was to say NO to that mall.
And I keep telling you? They set it up in Ondara and we are still regretting it today. That's the theme

  2. Jose says:

Let's see, I think something that you comment. The opposition is NOT the majority in the Dénia city council. Once this is clarified, it is assumed that those who govern the towns, cities, communities, countries, etc ... try to do things to benefit the citizens.
For example? the new ride they have made in the mollet. Space by which we can walk with tranquility and reach the maritime station.
The amount paid in that parking lot (which is already in operation) is very small compared to others. And the best thing is that it is guarded.
What happens when it is or in this case, has it been public? Well, they show the shift caps and if you do not pay them, they spoil the car.
I'm just saying, if you had used it before, you would know it as I know it. But I mention it without any kind of evil.
I know what is going to be done on that site because I read and read the press. Not for nothing. There they are doing a study to locate a mall type Las Rozas.
    And I think it's great.

  3. FERNANDO says:

JOSE, DO YOU MEAN, WHEN THERE IS A MAJORITY, THEY HAVE TO DO WHAT THEY WANT? AND WHAT IS THE PEOPLE FOR, TO PAY TAXES? IT SEEMS THAT YOU DO KNOW WHAT IS GOING TO BE DONE IN THAT ENCLAVE, WHAT IS THE PARKING LOT? THOSE LANDS (I IMAGINE YOU KNOW WHO THEY ARE NOT?), GREETINGS.

  4. Jose says:

The opposition of this city is not majority. Neither in number of votes nor in councilors.
On the other hand, I do not know what happens, but every time a positive project comes out for Denia, they have to leave the usual ones to desmerecerlo.
The public car parks are not guarded ... has anyone parked there paying the amount that is paid? No. Well that.
And on the other hand, that private parking that is now, they asked the innkeepers

  5. FERNANDO says:

hello, how can it be that the opposition of this city that is majority does not know what is going to be done in the port, in case it does not have the obligation those who currently send to inform the opposition no longer but to the people, that is is going to do and if we could contribute some better idea, that finally and to the end is for the enjoyment of all the dianenses and those who come to visit us, a greeting, fernando.

  6. ENRIQUE says:

I agree with you John. Good lawn ???? We find other vegetation that does not consume much water. But I'm in for the idea, especially at the free parking, as necessary. That's enough to pay for leaving the car on the street.

  7. Juan says:

They could be divided into 2 parts. Free parking half the surface and half a well green park with trees and grass.
