El Socialist Party Dénia has issued a statement in which he denounces that the government team will present an appeal against the ruling on the illegality of the conditions obtained by the defending councilman Juan Collado after the motion of censure of 2008.
According to the PSPV-PSOE, this resource "it defends a particular interest going against the general interests of the citizens of our town". In the statement announced that they will request the withdrawal of the appeal against that judgment and a "clear positioning" on the sentence to the parties that are currently part of the government team.
