The parties of the Fallas de Dénia came to an end last night with the traditional Cremà in the 11 districts of the city. Marking the end of the celebrations, this event drew a large number of residents and tourists who gathered to watch the impressive Fallas monuments turn to ashes.
The Cremà began around 20:00 p.m. and, in no time at all, the wooden and cardboard structures that had been built with so much effort and dedication in recent months, caught fire. The spectacle was impressive, with an abundance of fireworks and pyrotechnics lighting up the night sky.
The Cremà de las Fallas in Dénia is one of the most emblematic traditions of these festivals and, every year, attracts thousands of visitors. The Fallas monuments, which are works of art in themselves, are built with great care and detail, and their burning marks the end of the festival.
During the Fallas celebrations, the city of Dénia is filled with color, music and joy. The inhabitants and visitors participate in a wide variety of events, such as the mascletàs, parades and floral offerings, among others. However, the Cremà is the most awaited moment by all, since it marks the end of a celebration that unites the entire community.
In summary, the Fallas de Dénia came to an end with the impressive Cremà of the monuments in the 11 districts of the city. The event was a great success and demonstrated once again the passion and enthusiasm that surrounds these celebrations in this city.
I am Swedish. All my Swedish friends here, and I, like all the traditions that can be found here. Denia is very special and I like it a lot. My Spanish is very bad but I hope you understand my message.
Thanks for writing in Spanish. Better here than in Sweden, right? What are the Spanish traditions that you like so much and that do not involve parties or alcohol consumption? Traditions.
It was time for this m to end. partying.
I'm sick of noises, firecrackers and the festivals that don't end until so many in the morning.
The parties have to end.
Tourists want services, beaches and to know the country. No parties.
Countries like Germany with hardly any parties have advanced twice as much.
the truth, embarrassing
You are right, but precisely countries like Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, etc. are interested in us not evolving here, so that it is cheaper for them to come, buy properties and speculate with them. Have you ever wondered why within the EU the countries with sun and coast are the poorest and most devoted to Tourism? Think….Remember that during the Pandemic, in summer, the first tourists to come to Mallorca were Germans and they were delighted to be “alone” because for them the Mallorcans are nobody… Spain will grow what the EU allows and how you can check is nothing. To that you add the systemic corruption that we suffer from plus the party blindness of the population and the fish is all sold.
It would be interesting to know how much all this deployment costs us. Is there a chance to find out? Does the City Council publish it somewhere?
