The city of Dénia has had to pay the amount of 18.537 euros for the demolition of the house in the avenue of Valencia that caused so many inconveniences and dangers for neighbors and pedestrians.
The mayor of the city, Ana Kringe, explained that this amount will be passed to the company that owns the land to be returned to the town hall.
Last September, the session decided to take charge of the collapse of the house, a petition whose owner ignored at all times. The initial invoice was 16.240 euros but has finally risen to more than 18.500 €.
