Last Friday, the Full Council Meeting held in Benidorm, approved planning regulations Denia which will serve to unlock the city planning while there is no land-use planning.
After having reviewed the documentation submitted four months ago, with this approval the Conselleria allows the new urban planning rules to come into force until the most important document regarding the urban planning of Dénia, the General Plan, is approved.
And after that last September the Supreme Court annulled the Interim Plan, the city was at the expense of this news to continue normal buildings.
The Socialists of Dénia they demanded to know in depth the content of these urbanistic norms and consider that "the insistence of the opposition and the sectors involved has been fundamental".
