The chef of the Hotel Los Angeles wins bronze at the Olympics in kitchen Erfurt (Germany)

Federico Guajardo, chef Hotel Los Angeles of Dénia, has managed to catapult Dianense gastronomy back to the Olympus of world cuisine. This week he has managed, together with the selection of Spanish chefs, to win the bronze medal of the Efurt Cooking OlympicsIn Germany, thanks to its creation Denia red shrimp with romesco, roasted garlic, onion and lettuce called sea.

Guajardo participated in this prestigious club competition with chef Rafa Arroyo, who prepared the recesses of the proposal made by the Spanish team of chefs. The chefs were recognized in the category of Culinary art and also they got a diploma in pastry section.

It was the first time a selection of Spanish chefs participating in this competition that has developed in the German city of 22 to 25 October.
