The CDL considers that "Pepa Font has regressed two years in the processing of the General Plan"

After concoer the details of land-use planning Denia, TDF considers that "There are only five different drafts to discuss environmental issues again. The same issues that had already been raised and answered by the Department of the Environment based on the Prior Concert and the report of its environmental office two years ago."
According to Sergio Benito, its president, the document presents "documentation errors, outdated cartography, ignorance of reality and disobedience to the indications of the Department." From the CDL they consider that "the urban situation in Dénia is a pressure cooker about to explode, with colossal compensatory consequences".
