The city of Dénia has approved the bases of the aid for the payment of the IBI and the garbage fee, for which 100.000 euros will be allocated. This year, as in the past, the grants are intended for long-term unemployed, large and single-parent families, retirees and pensioners.
To access them, it will be essential to have proof of payment of the IBI and the garbage rate within the voluntary period or to have granted the deferment or installment of payment in a voluntary period at the time of the request for the subsidy and that the rent of the unit 2012 family does not exceed the 29.820'56 euros in any case.
The applicant can not own another property, the address indicated in the application for assistance must be the habitual residence of the applicant and must be registered in Dénia for at least one year.
The main novelty of this year's aid is that fixed amounts have been established according to the cadastral value of the home, which must not exceed 30.000 euros. In the case of the IBI, a maximum of 50 euros of aid will be granted for homes with cadastral value between 20.001 euros and 30.000 euros and a minimum of 10 euros for a cadastral value between 2.500 euros and 5.000 euros.
The subsidies for the payment of part of the garbage tax rate will oscillate between the 25 euros of the houses with the lowest cadastral value up to the 5 euros for those dwellings in the 20.001 section of euros and 30.000 euros of cadastral value.
Applications may be submitted from October 7 to 7 in November, downloading the application form from the website of the city council or collecting a copy in the Public Service and the Social Welfare Department.
