The XXVII edition of the International Fair of Artisan Ice cream arrived last week to Alicante. Between the 7 and 10 November appointment in the city of Alicante numerous professional ice cream makers including Dianense highlighted the presence in the committee and among the participants were given.
Quique Dacosta, adopted son of the city and one of the most famous international chefs, he was part of the jury of the II Spanish Ice Cream Championship.
