Dénia is promoted in Madrid Fusion based on tartar, muscat and coca

The international gastronomy congress Madrid Fusión celebrates today the second day. Dénia Tourism, represented by the Mayor and Councilor for Tourism, Vicent Grimalt, and department staff, and the Association of Hospitality and Tourism Entrepreneurs of the Marina Alta (Aehtma) with its president, Cristina Sellés, are present at this appointment participating from the gastronomic destinations area of ​​Saborea Spain.

Yesterday, in the presentation of the products of the Saborea Spain routes, Dénia contributed with a tasting of the traditional cokes of the Cidoncha Group.

Today the Tapas Route Tastes Spain is celebrated and our city participates with two creations by Fernando González and José Bañuls, chefs of the Lo Raset Group. For the occasion, they have prepared tapas of grouper tartar with almond milk, citrus, marinated fennel and donut and Cavalla squish with pericana in our own way, orange and pea sprouts.

Tomorrow Wednesday, Dénia and Marina Alta will be represented by the Les Freses Winery, by Jesús Pobre, which will offer a tasting of their dry muscat in the event "The Drinks of the Savor Spain Routes".

In addition, in the "Sweet Moments" space, traditional sweets from our area can be tasted like almond coca, orange sponge cake, pumpkin pie and chocolate and Maria coca.
