Dénia promotes its products this week at the Madrid Fusion gastronomic fair

Even without having recovered from the intense week spent in FITUR, the International Tourism Fair that was held in Madrid last week, the Dianense expedition is again in the capital of Spain to represent the city in Madrid Fusion.

This meeting is held at the Congress Center on 23, 24 and 25 days in January, with the participation of eleven destinations on the network Taste Spain, among which Dénia is counted, and will feature several papers featuring such prominent names as Mario Sandoval, Pepe Solla, Elena Arzak and Iván Domínguez among many others.

Tomorrow Tuesday 24, the Saborea Spain destinations present at Madrid Fusión celebrate the Ruta de la Tapa. Saborea Spain has prepared a menu in the form of a small bite with the best of gastronomy in A Coruña, Cambrils, Ciudad Real, Dénia, Lanzarote, Logroño, Salamanca, Segovia, Seville, Tenerife and Valladolid. Thus, on the main floor of the Conference Center, from 13 to 16 hours, the Avenida Saborea España will become the epicenter of the culture of the tapa. Dénia will offer by the hand of Federico Guajardo, chef of the Hotel Los Angeles, a cream of tomato with salted fish and a minxo of spinach and cod.

Just last Friday, during the celebration of FITUR, the assembly of Taste Spain in which the Work Plan for this 2017 was presented, starting with Madrid Fusion. The 2017 exercise will serve, among other issues, to develop new communication tools of the association; consolidate the celebration of Tapa World Day , next June, both nationally and internationally; to influence the presence of Saborea Spain in the destinations of the network with support and exchange actions and to incorporate sustainability as a strategic axis to improve the competitiveness of the association.

In the assembly, which was attended by the mayor and councilor of Tourism of Dénia, Vicent Grimalt, Ana María Redondo, vice president of the association, ratified the incorporation of Trujillo as a gastronomic destination. Taste Spain currently represents A Coruña, Badajoz, Cambrils, Ciudad Real, Dénia, Lanzarote, Logroño, Madrid, Salamanca, Sant Carles de la Ràpita, Salamanca, Segovia, Seville, Tenerife, Valencia, Valladolid, Vinaròs and Zaragoza.
