He Article 77 says it that way, "It is considered as non-appearance the failure to resort to a sports commitment on the date indicated in the official calendar or set by the competent body, either by willful intent or due to notorious negligence; and likewise, even when the team appears, they refuse to play and even celebrate the match, if the players in which the conditions or requirements established by regulation are general or specific are not sufficient, except in the latter case, that there is cause or reason that could not have been foreseen or that, foreseen, was inevitable without being able to be understood as such that has mediated some circumstance, attributable to the club in question, that constitutes mediate cause of the participation of the players obliged to do so, without prejudice , of the responsibility that they could incur".
Descent to Regional category
The single judge dictates that the team has to descend two categories being assigned to the Regional Futsal Category that corresponds, since at the time of withdrawal was in relegation places for the season 2018 / 2019, without right to ascend during one more season, also imposing the economic sanction of 500 euros.
Unawareness of the sanction
The most surprising thing is that at the club's headquarters on 23 day, there was only the confirmation of a penalty of 50 euros for going with a number lower than eight players as stipulated in the 221.2 article and another one of 70 euros for the absence of a delegate.
