The Governing Board held this week has agreed to award the UTE Cor Aso SL – Estudi PSP Arquitectura SLP the contract for services for drafting the basic project and for the execution and optional management of the construction works of the second residence and day center for dependent elderly people in the La Pedrera area, financed with funds from the European Union, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. The award price is 324.280 euros, VAT included. The execution period of the writing contract is five months.
The plot where the future residence will be located is located on Apolo Street, close to the urban center of La Pedrera, in Dénia, and the total constructed area is estimated at 7.426 square meters. According to detailed plans, it is estimated that there will be more than 90 residential spaces in the new center.
