Many trees have been planted in Dénia in recent weeks to commemorate Arbor Day in the Valencia held on Thursday January 31. For several days, students from different schools planted trees in the green zone of La Pedrera.
On Sunday more than 20 Mediterranean species were planted in the same area, and the participants received as an amenity an aromatic plant, courtesy of the nurseries Natura Garden Of Denia, and a recycled paper pad.
Councilman Environment, Juan Carlos Signes, Visited the plantations of the students of the schools Pou de la Muntanya and Paidos.
