This afternoon, starting at 13: 30 hours, Dénia will hold an extraordinary special meeting called for as a matter of urgency, in which the budget framework for the 2014-2016 period will be discussed in the single agenda item.
The elaboration of a budgetary framework for the next financial years is one of the requirements established by the central Executive, through the law of Budgetary Stability and Financial Sustainability. This document, which must cover a minimum of three years, includes both the stability objectives and the anticipated municipal debt, as well as the projections of the main budget items.
The councilor of economic services, Vicente Chelet, will explain the details in a press call prior to the plenary session.
