The members of the pre-jury that has chosen the eight finalists from among the 55 professional chefs registered to the contest are Rafa Soler, director of the contest; and the cooks José Bañuls, from El Raset restaurant; Federico Guajardo, from the Hotel Los Ángeles; Diego Mena, from the restaurant Mena and José Manuel López, from the Peix i Brases restaurant.
