All those people from Dénia, over 65 years of age, who want to be in shape and have a healthy lifestyle have the opportunity at the Sports Center Pavilion. Due to the success of registration in the 'Muévete' program, the sports department has opened a new group, thus offering new places to the residents of Dénia.
The classes are based on an adapted sport and maintenance gymnastics, which improve endurance, flexibility and strength. The activity is completely free and takes place from Monday to Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Those interested in joining the new group of the Sports Center should go to the Sports office of the City Council, located at 5 Pare Pere Street.
