Creama restructure its workforce to ensure continuity of the consortium

14 June 2012 - 00: 00

The Consortium for the Economic Recovery of the Marina Alta, CREAMA, has spent several months at the expense of being paid the amounts corresponding to SERVEF subsidies, as well as the debts of some municipalities that up to now they have not been able to settle.

The situation has reached a point where the continuity of this consortium is in jeopardy, which last July made the decision to continue working despite not having liquidity in its coffers. But almost a year later CREAMA has decided to take measures and restructure its services.

So they decided at a meeting held yesterday with the intention of "Help clear up doubts about the future of Creama and its workers." The Future Plan will be announced soon "That guarantees the sustainability of the consortium based on municipal contributions and public-private collaboration, introducing new services that also provide income".
