The Department of Housing, Public Works and Territorial Structuring greenlights two new projects more referred Denia Plan Trust. This was announced in the DOGV, with the tender for the rehabilitation of the old fish market and the redevelopment of a stretch of the street La Mar.
Rehabilitation of the fish market
The old building of the fish market, located in the port of Denia, will become a space that will house the tourist office, showroom and activities and a research center for the promotion and conservation of marine resources, such as required by EDUSI.
For this project execution of 12 months and a base budget bidding 786.567'66 euros, VAT is established. Interested companies can submit their proposals until next January 10. The 18 day of the same month 2 open the envelope containing the technical documentation concerning the criteria that depend on a value judgment; and 10 February, the envelope containing the financial information.
Redevelopment Street La Mar
The second project whose bid has been approved is the redevelopment of a section of the street La Mar. For this project a completion period of 12 months, and tender base of 577.061'32 euros, excluding VAT budget is also set.
This time, companies can presetar their proposals until next January 11. The day will open the envelope 19 2 13 February and will open the envelope containing the financial information.
When the complex will include street Ondara improvements in access plans of this city
