Team launches new wine tasting, and that they know firsthand, you are invited this Thursday, February 5, to know them all through the tasting they have prepared for you.
The tasting consists of:
Collagen (Verdejo) white wheel, accompanied by the cover Porrusalda and friends: Puff pastry stuffed with cod brandade enjoying on a base of creamed leeks and carrot sticks.
Tears of Mary (Tempranillo) red Rioja, accompanied by Lollipop seasonal: Chicken lollipop, dried apricots and goat cheese, revolcadas with dry and accompanied by mashed pumpkin and parsnip fruit.
Plant (ink from the country) Ribera del Duero red wine (Bodegas Arzuaga), which you can enjoy accompanying the tapa Chinstrap lightheaded wine: Braised Cheek, chup chup-at red wine and potato gratin.
And for dessert, Brownie Wild chocolate with nuts, ice cream and sliced strawberries.
