Next Monday the works of conditioning of the lot of the old ambulatory of the Calle Marques de Campo, that the City of Dénia acquired last December, for its next opening to the public, while determining what urban action is going to be carried out on this surface of 900 square meters located in the center of the city.
The works will consist in the cleaning of the land, the regularization of the soil to provide it with the necessary slopes to avoid the accumulation of water and the surface finish of the firm with a layer of sand of albero. An access ramp will also be installed and five banks and wastebaskets will be placed.
When these works are completed, the perimeter fence of the site will be removed and fencing will be installed only in those areas where, due to the unevenness between the sidewalks and the, it is necessary to place it.
The budget for this conditioning action amounts to 9.411 euros, VAT excluded.
Reordering traffic in Archduke Carlos
The asphalting works of the roads affected by the remodeling of the Arxiduc Carles square - La Vía, Patricio Ferrándiz and the one surrounding the square - will be carried out from Wednesday 20 to Friday 22 in February.
These days, it will prevent the passage of road traffic in the area, diverting the vehicles that come from the avenue of Alicante in the direction of the city center by Sagunto street and Marquesado avenue. The intersections of Sagunto and Mogente streets with Patricio Ferrándiz and Cartagena street with Alicante Avenue will be closed to traffic.
Also, La Vía street will be cut at the intersection with Diana street, forcing vehicles to drive in the direction of Patricio Ferrándiz and Paseo del Saladar. Quevedo Street will be allowed to run until its junction with Sant Josep and the section that remains until Germans Ferchen Street will be closed to traffic. Also, cars that come from Montcada street will not be able to turn to Germans Ferchen and must continue through Historian Palau and Colón.
These cuts and detours of traffic will affect the loading and unloading areas of La Vía street number 2, Patricio Ferrándiz numbers 4-6 and number 20 and Alicante avenue number 2-4.
