Talk about energy cooking school Raquel Payà

All the activities programmed by the special education school Raquel Payà with the aim of opening disability the general public, kick off on Wednesday February 3 with a talk on energy kitchen to be held in the center's facilities.

The conscious and energetic chef Sagra Casas will be in charge of giving this talk. Casas, formed by the Macrobiotic Institute of Spain under the direction of Patricia Restrepo, will approach food from an energy point of view to take from the kitchen as a daily tool, a skill, he says, "within everyone's reach.

The lecture will be held at 18 hours in the hall of the center and admission is free until full capacity.
