In the area where this house is located, we find houses with a more traditional character, starting from this point, the architecture studio QB architects studied the architectural bases of this typology to reinterpret them and, from its most basic concepts, to be able to develop this project.
housing landscape
The house is integrated with the historical landscape of the place, according to the old adjoining houses and the views of the Mediterranean pine forests.
With this, it is possible to become part of the landscape, with respect for traditional architecture but reinterpreted from the present.
Home IoT it is a clean prism with a sloping roof in keeping with the aesthetics of the adjoining houses.
Its interior is developed from a patio that introduces the vegetation inside the house, refreshing and illuminating the space, also serving as access and articulating the different areas of the house. This patio also serves to differentiate the day area from the night area, achieving clear communication on a visual level.
This interior is cozy and very natural, which is achieved with the use of wood as the main element.

Once the analysis of the main elements of the pre-existing traditional architecture has been carried out, QB architects goes on to develop the facade using natural and neutral materials, from austerity and sophistication.
The main objective was to achieve an environment that would help its owners find the tranquility they were looking for, focusing attention on the landscape. For it, QB architects works with natural lime stucco, ceramic tiles and wooden shutters, thus recovering the most characteristic construction techniques of the area.
QB architects was born 17 years ago by the hands of Beatriz Garcia Morales and Enrique Chapa, since then they have already built more than fifty homes, working in the cities of Valencia, Dénia, Jávea, Moraira and Madrid, always with the aim of create properties that fully adapt to the essence and needs of each client.
This architecture studio accompanies each of its clients in all the processes involved in the creation of a home, from the search for the plot to the choice of the builder and, especially, in its design and construction.
