Colleagues and friends Manolo Caselles, a neighbor of Benigembla, wanted rendering him a well-deserved tribute. To this end they made many efforts with the people who were working with him in various catering establishments belonging to HODISA group linked directly to the company CHG.
The idea was so popular that to be present at the event came from people who traveled far away as Granada or Cuenca, others did from nearest points of Valencia.
Former employees of the still life, trade, Bistro, Costa de la Calma, Albaranas, El Palmar and Orange restaurants as well as people from the part of management, maintenance and even some other provider at the time, attended this ceremony.
The simple act began when Miguel Agulles, then Director of Hodisa gave him a plaque in man all his companions.
Both Manolo himself, his 86 years, and all his family who accompanied him lived moments of great emotion. Were their own comrades who wanted to reward not only their quality as a cook but his human qualities.
Juan Alvarez and his inseparable companion Luisa, then workers Rte. Orange presented him with two paintings with photos of other colleagues of this establishment were lucky enough to share with the "Grandpa Manolo" many working hours.
The event reached its maximum excitement when one of his granddaughters, Monica took the floor to thank you, "Yayo, you have been a father to us, thank you for making us so happy and we love you a lot". Three great-grandchildren were those who presented him with a family picture.
