Last April 4 an extraordinary plenary session was held commemorating the same as in Dénia 1612 proclaimed as a city, the bells rang out across the city at the same time and a commemorative plaque was unveiled. Friday May 18, an institutional act again served to celebrate the birthday of Dénia.
